MY PHILOSOPHY I believe that as an expert instructor I’m morally obligated to enter the classroom with the highest of expectations for each and every one of my students, and to teach and inspire with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. I take my responsibilities as the leader of the classroom very personally because cocktails are personal to me. By expecting the best of my students and emphasizing and living the values of dedication, perseverance, and hard work, my students will rise to the occasion and be able to make a cocktail appropriate for any celebration. I aim to bring an open mind, positive attitude, noticeable passion, and high expectations to the classroom each day.
I believe that I owe it to my students, as well as the community, to bring consistency, diligence, and nurturing spirit to my job in the hope that I can ultimately inspire and encourage such traits in my students as well. I also make it a point to teach my students real-life solutions on the topics I teach so that what they are learning becomes highly-applicable in their careers and in their lives. Teaching with a positive attitude, passion, and discipline aids support to the personal and intellectual growth of a student. My classes are encouraging and designed to produce the learning environment and opportunities my students deserve.
